About me

Based in Melbourne, I'm a full-stack developer passionate about web and app design

As a software developer for the past three years, I've built a strong technical foundation in both front and backend development, while also honing my professional skills through volunteer work.

I work hard to make sure that the project meets the deadlines set and take it upon myself to create a positive team environment. But I’m always looking at ways to improve the applications I build by constantly investigating new technologies and planning my projects thoroughly.

This is a responsive website that I developed to help share my portfolio with others on the internet. It was also a good opportunity for me to continue honing my skills in front-end development and website design, and experiment with different animations.

This was a PWA that I built for a local dance community. I built it knowing that non-developers had to maintain it, and hence adopted a CMS style. I also made it mobile friendly and SEO optimised for better outreach

A simple website built for a local boxing gym. As I was limited to the features within Google Sites, I made use of core frontend design concepts to design a clean and professional website

This is a website that I am built to organise songs into different playlists. A fellow collaborator is also building a machine learning model to give song recommendations based on the user's playlist. It's aesthetics were modelled off Spotify.

This is a responsive website that I built as an online cookbook. Anybody can view the recipes, but only authorised users can add recipes via a CMS, to make it easier for non-developers to interact with it.

Latte is a image categorisation web application that I developed. It was designed for a small audience of two people and allows users to upload and categorise images within tags and albums. Images can also have additional metadata attached to them.

Chai is a fun PWA that I built that creates an imaginary lives for soft toys. It has an automatic generator that can help you keep track of and create fake stories for various soft toys in your life, among various other features.

Built the official Balfolk NZ/Aotearoa website from the ground up using NextJS, TailwindCSS and SCSS

This website had to be scalable and maintainable by non-developers, hence a CMS-style was utilised. I also converted it to a PWA and optimised it for SEOs to improve outreach
